Greek Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach

  • Pepper to season

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  1. To a large bowl, add ground turkey, diced red onion, minced garlic, oregano, fresh spinach, and pepper.

  2. Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together. Form meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs (should get 12 total).

  3. Heat large skillet to medium-high heat and add olive oil to pan. Add the meatballs, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes at a time until browned.

  4. Remove from pan and serve hot.
